Can we provide feedback?
Absolutely. All content is collaborative, and you’ll have the chance to review each post before it’s scheduled. We’ll set up monthly review calls to ensure everything’s aligned with your business goals.
Can we pause our subscription?
Yes! SocialLift is flexible. You can pause your subscription at any time and resume when needed. We’ll ensure that content continues seamlessly when you’re ready to relaunch.
How fast will I see results?
Social media results take time. But with consistent, quality content and strategic planning, you’ll see a difference in engagement and brand awareness within a few weeks.
However, consider that the algorithms are always changing, so you may want to consider paying to boost your posts or creating paid targeted ads.
Who are the designers?
Orbit is a one-man agency, run by Dave, the founder. Orbit only outsources work that is beyond his capabilities (such as video production). You’ll work directly with Dave through the entirety of your experience.
Do you provide video production?
In the Pro level, we offer light video support, such as creating short-form social video or outsourcing it through trusted partners. Full video production can be added as a separate service if needed.
